There is an open living room with a sofa and a TV, a kitchen as well as guest bathroom on the ground floor. You can also get to a small private swimming pool from the ground floor. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room with a washing machine.
An external spiral staircase connects the two floors of the villa.
The second floor has two bedrooms with king-size beds and each room has its own bathroom.
The villa is available for long term rent and has everything for a comfortable stay including: a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, linen sheets, towels and pool/beach towels. Also air conditioning is installed in every room.
