- We will not charge any additional amounts for the cost that the owner gives us, our commission is fixed and is 10% of the rental price, but not less than 4000 baht.
- We will arrange a transfer from the ferry or airport to your house on Koh Samui, we will personally be present at the check-in and control the whole process.
